An "Arraignment" will usually occur after a determination of probable cause at a Preliminary Hearing or Grand Jury and the case has been sent to Superior Court. Ariz.R.Crim.P., Rule 14.1(a). At the Arraignment the judge will give you your next court date for a "Pre-trial Conference" and he will inform you which judge has been assigned to your case and may determine or modify release conditions.
